The answer is "Yes" but not because of the number of "I"s in this speech. He used "we" a lot also. But what concerns me more is his rank immaturity and complete shock when things don't go his way. I just find him to be a big baby. And babies by nature are narcissistic.

I've always said the further left you look, the more likely you'll find people who behave like children. Like that one child you see at every childhood birthday party who cries because the birthday boy got gifts and he didn't. Unfortunately, this spoiled child's mother usually stops by K-Mart afterward to reward his self-absorbed behavior with a gift of his own.
Obama is the most narcissistic POTUS I've ever seen. He even had to have his face on TV during the Super Bowl pre-game show. He can't stand it when the country is engaged in something OTHER than him. America is waking up, though. But, it still doesn't excuse the fact they didn't bother to read-up on this guy prior to the election or listen to those who were warning what kind of man he really was and voted for him any how. I see fewer and fewer Obama stickers on cars now. To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public. - Theodore Roosevelt

I agree, CSAHM. But keep in mind that his campaign AND the drive-by media VERY carefully concealed who he was as much through omission and attacking his opponents as by lying and spinning the truth of who and what he is.
